We called to make an appointment with Guy at Longmeadows who answered all our questions and looked after us without any pressure to buy. We visited and he showed us several holiday homes, which we had viewed on the website and after standing inside them and getting a real feel for them, we fell for the ABI Ryedale. Guy took time to explain the purchase and siting process and all went as planned. We had a couple of warranty issues on our new holiday home which were dealt with swiftly and to our great satisfaction. He also planned and arranged our balcony and storage options which saved so us many headaches and also saved us money as Longmeadows use a fabulous balcony manufacturer for all their balconies and skirting. All in all, the best and easiest purchase of our lives."

"Buying a brand new bespoke lodge was all new to us. Guy helped with the full process from design to siting and beyond, dealing with the manufacturers at regular intervals to ensure our lodge was right for us. We ordered a new balcony to our own requirements with a ramp for my husband's needs. We have now taken possession and are happy with the end result and didn't pay the earth. Our brand new lodge is on a brand new plot with a brick set parking bay. We have all we need on Longmeadows and the park fees are extremely low for this type of development, much less than Withernsea Sands, next door."
