If you elect to pay for eleven months holiday use on the existing park, the closed month runs from 7th January to 6th of February. This allows you to use your holiday home over the Christmas period.

Yes – but you must vacate the holiday home by 4pm.

We offer a two-part payment with interest payable on the second part only, or monthly payments with interest on the full amount. If you want to discuss payment plans, please give us a call or drop into the office.

Yes! New customers receive a free park fee for the remainder of the 11 month season from the purchase date.

Each plot owner pays £570 which is their plot proportion of the commercial park rates. This is due in January to be paid with the park fee.

Insurance: Based on reinstatement value, we introduce you to Goldpark insurance co.
Gas: Bottled gas can be ordered and paid for at reception, each holiday home is fitted with 2 gas bottles and a changeover valve. Gas is delivered and fitted daily (except Sundays). On our newer style plots, piped gas is installed, and bills are generated from your plot meter and payable every 3 months.
Electricity: Metered to each holiday home and billed 6 monthly.
TV License: If you intend to watch a TV in your holiday home, you will need a TV license for this.

Yes! We regularly patrol. We operate CCTV security cameras on various areas of the holiday home. You may wish to add your own personal home security kit. Please contact the office for the guidelines, advice and approval before fitting.

All stock holiday homes come with a warranty! We include a 12 month warranty on new holiday homes and 3 months on used holiday homes. Any warranty queries or claims can be managed by our team, just pop into the office.

No, Longmeadows is exclusive to owners and immediate family. Family registration forms are to be completed annually.

You are able to redirect your mail to our office if desired and mail can be collected daily, however, redirection is not recommended. For advice regarding this, please pop in to see us.

We welcome well behaved dogs on the park, however, all dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times in all areas of the park and dogs are not allowed inside our cafe or restaurant. You may dine outside our cafe with dogs if desired. Please clean up after your dog.

20 years for a holiday home, 30 years for a lodge and thereafter, year by year at the park owners discretion, in accordance with the condition of the holiday home.

Yes! Children are allowed in for meals but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and must leave the premises by 9:30pm.

Yes! Selected stock of holiday homes include 1 year of free WiFi, at the end of that period (or if Free WiFi is not available in your purchase) owners may set up an account with Air4i with a package starting from £22.49 per month. We also have free WiFi available in the Northfield.

We want you to own a holiday home you are proud of, and we are always on hand to help you find the perfect upgrade. If you have something in mind, please come and speak to us at the office. We do ask that all electrical or gas works are completed by our workmen, who are fully registered and safe, to protect you and our other owners. We also arrange upgrades and balconys for you, and we can normally get you a better price, so please come and speak to us. Doing this is to ensure that not only do you get value, but you also get quality and peace of mind that we are dealing with trusted and reputable companies to ensure in the event of an issue, we have you covered. This also is one of the reasons we are able to maintain such a high standard of living site wide – without the high price tag!

No, electricity is metered and billed twice a year to each plot, gas is ordered and paid for at reception by the bottle, with two bottles and a changeover valve available on each original park plot. Our newer plots, have piped gas supplies. Individual plot meter readings are taken and billed quarterly. Water is included within your park fees, however we ask that you are conscientious about your usage as overconsumption not only harms our planet but could result in increased park fees for all as we are water and sewerage metered by Yorkshire Water.

No, to ensure every home on our park is compliant, safe and of a suitable quality, all homes are purchased by us. We also do most repair, warranty and upgrade jobs on site too, only outsourcing when required. If you don’t see a home which suits you on our website but love the idea of being a Longmeadows owner, pop in and see us, or give us a call to discuss.
