Longmeadows is more than just a holiday park, it’s a community! We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we build with our owners, and the welcoming community that has built for us! You’re never alone at Longmeadows, we have staff on site every day of the week so you’re never alone, no matter what it is you need!
We know the facilities on site are important to enable you to relax and enjoy our beautiful countryside setting on the Yorkshire coast. Our many years of buying experience tells us, “Good decisions are the foundation for successful results”.
Our main facilities at Longmeadows Holiday Park are “The Northfield” restaurant and country style bar, where the bar meals and a la carte restaurant menu are the best in the area offering great value for money in a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere. Our vibrant function room is a lovely bright setting for entertainment nights and parties. The Northfield has benefitted by a recent complete refurbishment.
Connection to Wifi is free in the Northfied offering unlimited downloads. Superfast WiFi is now also available throughout the whole park at very reasonable rates.
We have a brand new, enclosed, safe play area for children which includes slides and a climbing frame. There is also a nice seating area, with picnic table for the adults.
We are close to a small convenience store and there are supermarkets, shops and cafe’s close by in the centre of Withernsea.

The Local Area
Withernsea is a seaside resort and civil parish in Holderness, East Riding of Yorkshire. Its white inland lighthouse, rising around 127 feet above Hull Road, now houses a museum to 1950s actress Kay Kendall, who was born in the town. The Prime Meridian crosses the coast north-west of Withernsea.
We are just a very short walk from the beach and the North Promenade, which leads directly to the town centre with it’s many attractions, including Arcades, Cafe’s, The Valley Gardens, The Pier Towers, RNLI lifeboat museum, the lighthouse and new pier project and also the popular town beach.
Servicing, Upgrades & Repairs
Our team manage all of your servicing, safety checks, upgrades and repairs. Not only does that mean that we can guarentee the compliance and safety of every holiday home on our park, it also means we can maintain our high standards on every upgrade undertaken. The fact we do this really makes a difference and creates a community of people who pride themselves on the way their holiday homes look. No eye-sores here!
We will always find you the besr price we can and for work our team cannot personally undertake, we have a directory of trusted local tradesmen who have earned their reputation with us through years of service.
Adventure Park
Tucked away in a nice corner of our property is a lovely Adventure Park for our littler guests to enjoy!
Please note, children must be supervised in the park at all times.
Laundrette
Our onsite laundrette is open every day, with a few large industrial washing machines and driers so you don’t need to have a noisy spin cycle ruining the peace in your home.
We don’t provide or sell detergent, so remember to pack your favourites. Use of the machines costs £4.60 for washers and just £2.60 for driers and staff are available to help in case of any issues.
Our machines are cash only, so please remember to bring some change! Accepted coins are £2, £1, 50p, 20p & 10p.

Swap Shop
When you pop over to our onsite laundrette, give yourself a little time to browse our swap shop!
You’ll find a lovely full book case of all sorts of genres and stacked high with board games, we also have a box of DVDs. Games, books and DVDs are not audited or recorded, please take anything you like, and if you have some you no longer want, please feel free to leave them there. You can borrow anything you want to, and add to our collection anytime. There is no fee for this and everything in there has been gifted to the swap shop by our amazing community!
Dogs!
Withernsea is a wonderful place for dogs, and we love well-behaved dogs at Longmeadows. There are some great off lead walks all around us, one of which is actually accessible from our park. This is a lovely walk through open fields in the fresh sea air, leading you straight to the beach! If you’re new to the area, don’t hesitate to come and speak to us so we can share all the best places to go for walks.
To be considerate of all in our community and to ensure the health and safety of all, we do have strict rules regarding dogs. Whilst on park, all dogs should be kept on a short lead at all times. We also do not allow dogs inside our restaurant or cafe, however, dogs are welcome to dine outside the cafe with you when the weather permits and both The Meadows and The Northfield accept takeaway orders if you’d like to dine with your dog in your home.
We also ask that you do not let dogs toilet on other owners plots where possible.
